By creating an account or using Lyler ("the service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Lyler.

You agree not to use Lyler to:

• generate content depicting real people without their explicit consent;
• create deceptive deepfakes, misinformation, or impersonation;
• produce NSFW, violent, hateful, or illegal content;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• abuse the service, attempt to bypass quotas, or reverse-engineer it.

You retain ownership of the assets you generate. You confirm that you own the rights to any reference photos and audio you upload, including consent to use any likeness or voice that is not your own. You grant Lyler a limited license to process your inputs solely to operate the service.

Lyler uses prepaid credits. Credits are consumed per generation and are non-refundable, but never expire on active accounts. Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Lyler relies on third-party model providers (fal.ai, Fish Audio, Veed) whose terms also apply to outputs you generate. We are not responsible for outages, content moderation decisions, or policy changes by those providers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings; unused credits are forfeited on closure.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyler's total liability for any claim is limited to the credits purchased in the 90 days preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
